KNOWLEDGE FAIR. PRESENTATION OF WORKS PROCEDURE

The World Wine Forum will again invite everyone associated with the sector to present their work in the form of communications or posters that represent the latest news and methods in the wine industry.

People who are interested in presenting their works in the form of posters and/or communications should fill in an abstract and send it to fax number 941 23 80 68 or e-mail it to forovino@fercori.com prior to 31 January 2006.

PEOPLE WHO PRESENT THEIR WORKS PRIOR TO 31 DECEMBER 2005 AND WHO ARE APPROVED BY THE SCIENCE BOARD WILL BE ABLE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF A SPECIAL REGISTRATION FEE OF € 100 + VAT

REMARKS:

All the abstracts received will be presented to the Science Board for their review. The organisation will then contact the authors to communicate the Science Board’s decision.

If approved:

The author is to be registered with the V World Wine Forum in order to be able to present his work. In this case, the cost will be € 100 plus 16% VAT if the abstract is presented prior to 31 December 2005 and is approved by the Science Board.

The poster should be created in a size that will fit on a board that is 1.20 m high by 0.9 m wide. The front part will have a small stand that will hold information about the presented work.

The author is responsible for setting up the posters. The organisation will provide double-sided adhesive tape for this purpose. If the author uses material that is too heavy for tape, the author should find a way to resolve the problem.
