Book of tasting notes
Each guest will have a book of tasting
notes (on paper and in computer format, using Windows software)
including the following sections on the wines:
- Brand name.
- Winery (name, address, telephone,
fax, e-mail, names of the oenologist, commercial director and
exports manager).
- Raw material (vineyards or areas of
origin and grape varieties).
- Winemaking process (systems, temperatures,
macerations, stabilisation, filtering).
- Ageing (times, types of containers,
including sizes and types of vats or casks, transfers, time in
bottle).
- Chemical analysis (alcohol volume,
total acidity, pH, sulphurous acid, dry extract and all the analytical
data required for exports to any country in the world).
- Price (approximate average retail
price in a specialised Spanish shop).
- Tasting notes.
