Expression, management and evaluation of quality grapes

Given that the quality of grapes – and by extension, wine – is the result of a number of environment-plant-human processes, the VI World Wine Forum will examine how the latest developments in vine genome research can effect the expression of a wine's quality. It will also take a broad look at soil properties and the efficient management of the parameters that help to define vine training systems, presenting tools that evaluate the quality levels required for a particular vineyard environment.
