The legislative area will focus on new developments governing a number of aspects in vitiviniculture related to consumer protection. Among the issues analysed, we would highlight those related to the recognition of geographical indications by other countries, new regulations on labelling and the debate that has emerged in the advertising world around the definition of the term “wine”.
