Registration fees

Attendance at all sessions

• € 300, including VAT
• Registration fees include buffet lunches on May 12th and 13th.

Attendance at the Vine Growing and Winemaking Sessions

• € 150, including VAT
• Registration fees include buffet lunch on May 12th.

Attendance at the Legislation and Economy and Marketing Sessions

• € 150, including VAT
• Registration fees include buffet lunch on May 13th.

20% discount for anyone registered for the VI World Wine Forum.

• € 240 for all sessions. € 120 for subjects related to Vine Growing and Winemaking, or for the Legislation and Marketing and Economy areas.

40% discount for those who submit papers prior to March 1st 2010 and which are approved by the Scientific Committee.

• € 144 for all sessions.
• € 72 for subjects related to Vine Growing and Winemaking, or for the Legislation and Marketing and Economy areas.

Discounts may not be accumulated.

Cancellation of registration

• Any cancellations must be notified by e-mail to forovino@fer.es.
• Until March 1st 2010: 50% refund.
• After March 1st 2010: no refunds will be made, but material submitted to the VII World Wine Forum will be returned.
