Conditions for the presentation of papers

• People interested in making a presentation must send the complete presentation before 1 March 2008, using the standard form accessible at www.forovino.com. The presentation will be analysed by the Scientific Committee.
• The complete presentation will be included in a publication with an ISBN that will be distributed during the VI World Wine Forum.
• The author must be registered in the VI World Wine Forum to be eligible to present the work for the publication.

There is a special price of 130 € (including VAT) if the complete presentation is received before 1 February 2008 and later approved by the Scientific Committee.

• Presentations will be made in poster form and the Scientific Committee will decide which ones will be presented by announcing the decision orally in parallel sessions during the VI World Wine Forum.
• The size of the posters should be such that they can be displayed on a panel 1.2 m high and 0.9 m wide. On the front there should be a small holder in which information on the subject presented can be inserted.
• The posters will be put up by their author(s), and the organisation will provide materials for this purpose.
