Presentation of work

Conditions for the presentation of papers

• Anybody interested in presenting any work must submit complete paper before April 1st 2010, in accordance with the standard template that can be viewed on www.forovino.com. Any work submitted will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee.
• Complete papers will be included in a publication with ISBN which will be handed out during the VII World Wine Forum.
• Authors must be registered at the VII World Wine Forum in order to exhibit their paper and for it to be included in the publication.

There is a 40% discount for anybody who submits their paper before March 1st 2010 and that is approved by the Scientific Committee.

• Pieces of work must be submitted as poster communications (height: 1.20 metres, width: 0.9 metres) and the Scientific Committee will decide, depending on their scientific interest, which of them will be presented as oral communications in sessions running in parallel to the VII World Wine Forum.
• Fixing posters will be charged to the authors, and the organisation will make available the usual material for this purpose.
